How to disable 1.8 players join in paperspigot 1.7.10-1.8?

The broken English makes it hard to understand what you are saying, this plugin works for me and looking at the title of your thread it should work for you as well.

i know my english is broken i mean i am using 1.7.10 Paperspigot with 1.8 compatible (that means its support only players 1.8 joining not plugin support for 1.8) and plugin blockversion works only with ProtocolSupport one, but ProtocolSupport cant start because my server is 1.7.10 version

protocol support has support for 1.7 and it will start on a 1.7 server.

Look at where it says tested versions it says 1.7.

He doesn't have ProtocolSupport. So he can't install protocolsupport blocker. Install it and than install the blocker, that should work.

This plugin doesn't depend on ProtocolSupport or at least it didn't when I last used it.

When he referred to protocol support I think he meant that paper spigot supports 1.8 as well as 1.7.
