Hey not offering money for this as I think its a fairly simple task you might even be able to do this with a spigot plugin im unsure. Can throw you a vouch as ppls knowledge/help would be appreciated.
I dont code plugins at all, but is there not a way to create a plugin that overwrites the current enchant table? That way it enchants into a custom table of enchants instead of the default enchantments
