How to do Media-Ownerships?

Hello! I am current the owner of a fully custom network with three gamemodes. Now, because it's custom we'd need a media ownership to populate. I was wondering (from experience) how much would youtubers charge/month + % donations to do such a deal. If you could specify what their sub count was, or the view count, or their channel that'd be great.

Thanks! I currently have $1000 planned to pay per month.

Just pay you tubers a set payment to do videos. I wouldn't offer % of donations.

I've already done that, and being custom there's no player retention. I need player retention, right?

I guess my other question is, how would you rework the server and then re-advertise having already posted on server lists, etc.
