How to edit practice montages? Willing to pay 2-5 bucks

I’m trying to learn how to edit videos. These videos will be practice pvp montages. I’m trying to learn how to edit them and what to use as a software. If someone would be Kind rnough to help me edit a video I would love the help! I might add some money like 2-5 bucks. Not a lot but I’m just hoping someone can teach me hoe to edit a video. There are no specific videos on YouTube that will show me how to edit “PRACTICE MONTAGES”.
