Anyone know how I can fix this?

The user can be seen breaking a block in an enemy territory and quickly placing a creeper egg, after multiple attempts, it blows up

It's a temporary fix yes.
MC-Servers Ltd you may want to contact Grrocks he might be able to help you on that one.

Is there a simpler way of resolving this, without any custom plugins or anything?

Contact the dev's of the plugin at the FactionUUID Issue Tracker . But this will be really slow i guess.[DOUBLEPOST=1508535800][/DOUBLEPOST]Or suggest it as a feature.
I haven't test that one on my server (have to do it). Btw your server version?
