How to fix Dupe glitch? help me

. Playervaults (You stand on a lillypad do /sethome then get off it go to your home and you glitch on it and do pv 1 and take something out of it and then do /pv 1 again and it's there and you can repeatively do this.)

2. Playervaults (Same thing but a Macro dupe glitch I know not much about it except that it's a dupe that works and can ruin my economy.)
