How to get a taken Instagram name?

Hi, I didn't know where to put this so I just decided it would fit good in here.
So basically, there's a taken Instagram name that is inactive for years and I want the name so badly, so I did my research and tried contacting the Instagram profile and I even contacted the Instagram support since the name is actually my surname. Both didn't work for me. Do you guys can suggest me some legal methods in pm that are working? If there's someone that is reputable and could get me that name legally I even would pay for it.
