How to get account back? PLEASE HELP

So my account recently got stolen. All I have is the TID and the original email address, I don’t have the password to the original email. Is there anyway I can get the account back with just the name of the original email and the transaction id?

I don't think you need more than the TID, you also need to be able to answer all the questions they ask when you submit a ticket. If you know all the answers you're golden

YE i used tid and worked i got my account back
