How to get better at building?

Watch YouTube videos by Grian, Implement your own style to each tutorial he has. Don't try and copy what the youtuber builds, Try to build something similar, but not a copy.

Doesn't creativity play a huge role for building? I've tried building several times and I only have the skills to copy builds.
My Creativity skills sucks cuz I can only think of what positions of building parts I want but not the interior or the exterior.

Kinda like (example)
having a stair case inside the room, having a huge indoor corridor and having steps to different doors. etc etc

Just keep practicing! Have friends or others you play with, or even other players that are on the same server as you - ask for advice and tips from others.
Some of the best builds can be from combining things learnt by others. Good luck!

Don't really have any friends that are up for wasting their time helping me build. And I always play solo. Lol I guess I'm gonna be friendless forever lol.

Get to know the colours of the blocks - learn what blocks complement or contrast others. Pro level builders know the block palette intimately and know what works with what. Experiment with different things and see what you like doing.
