How to get commissions?

Hello My name is vashishta , and I would like to learn the trick to getting clients. I offered over 10 vouch copies and have not gotten One client. I reduced my prices from what its was appraised drastically . It would be helpful if you could tell me how do I find clients? make the clients come to me
