How to get discord members?

So, I own a couple of discords, but my personal discord has around 80. It's a pretty chill discord and is focused around the pokecord bot. but there are other fun games too. I'm not sure how to grow it past the 80 member count. Any Advice/Fun Bots?

A lot of discord servers offer the opportunity to advertise yourself, you can post in every discord that allows that, might be a spam but will attract some users.

Also, to ensure the users will stay active, you can offer rewards.
Like : reach level 10 for 5$ PP, 10NFA accounts ,(rank on enter server here) and etc

get other servers to advertise for you, target the players that are focused on what your server is. To follow up, don't trap yourself in a hole, have ways your discord could branch out. (Don't just have it centered around Fortnite, or MC)

rewards are the WORST way to engage a community, have events and have people of your staff team always talking to people in the chat. Rewards will soon only help you to a time.

I mean, the discord server called "Pvpro" started offering rewards and instantly gained 2000 loyal members and 800 of them stayed active and are there daily and most of them forgot about the rewards they came for, this tactic does work if you set up mods to watch the discord chat here and there and set up rules like no spam or useless messages.
Disable xp gain on off-topic chats and only enable them on general chat

can almost promise you that the rewards tactic barely works if at all, just build a community other than paying for one.

Well , if nobody knows about your community, how do you suggest to advertise it without investing ANYTHING?

Buy an advertisement from Landfall or Schubes. =)

Ehh I already tried payed advertisments, didn't really get me players ngl
