Get a bank accounts, get a debit card, go to a machine with your debit card, put the cash in.

Find a friend that has money on paypal and wants cash give him cash for him to send you paypal money
I just put my cash in an envelope, put my name, email, and physical address on it and send it to 2211 North First StreetSan Jose, California 95131 (PayPals corporate address). In a few days, they put the money into my account. Works every time.
