This is for network transaction fees placed on transfers from Coinbase. Lately, I've been noticing INSANE network transaction fees for even minuscule amounts of bitcoin that needed to be transferred. Just today I wanted to send $8 to an address but the fee was $30...30 f * c k i n g d o l l a r s. I googled around and found this solution you might all enjoy. It gets rid of this fee.
1. Open GDAX account on https://www.gdax.com/ (It's the same company as coinbase, but it's a trading platform that's separate from the main exchange site.)
2. Transfer bitcoin from Coinbase wallet to GDAX wallet. THIS IS FREE.
3. Withdraw from GDAX wallet to whatever wallet you choose free of charge.
