Iv attempted to advertise (free and payed) but im out of cash now and i need to find a way to get players on my network

If you don't have players by now you are doing something wrong. You need to implement something that makes players want to stay in your server.

You don't really need custom plugins : P. Most of the uniqueness done on my server is by command blocks. They are as good as plugins if you know how to use them

Have a unique idea. I've staffed countless factions servers (not sure if yours is factions ) and the thing is there really is nothing unique about it. The small ones that I've played and messed around with for awhile had dungeons, unique crate keys, and other things...
