Whats the best and quickest way to get premium. I currently have $4 in my PP and can't seem to land any jobs (setup, configuration and system administration)

Oh no I get that, I guess I should've clarified. What is the best way to make funds on here? I really can't put anything into anything like crypto or anything to make profit.
