I did alot of Deals but they dont give Positive Reps.

I personally got my reps from staffing on servers. There are many ways to get reps, they normally just come when they come though. It toke me a while to get the few I have.

I'd suggest doing deals with people who are willing to rep you (if that is allowed) otherwise, they will come when they are ready.

Whatever you do, never ask for rep as that is not allowed. Just do plenty of deals with people and if someone thinks the deal went well, they will rep you.
