How to get unbanned from discord?

So recently i got banned on discord for the following (pic shown below)
I didnt do shit nor am i friends with people that do, i appealed they simply said no. I re-send a email and i have not received a response yet.
I got everything on the account, my network discord, service discord, anyone able to help?

If you have already contacted them and they said no there's not much you can do, the best way to go about is to wait a bit or just contact them again with all the evidence that you haven't done anything wrong.

To my knowledge, there is no way if they've said know when you've contacted them.

fyi they don't reply to email replys.
