How to get verified on YouTube?

Sometimes on occasion I have people download then upload my videos and they claim to be me and I'm interested in getting the verified checkmark so people know who's real. I've searched for videos and tips on how to get verified but none of them seem to actually work.

Well I have 2600, so I think im good on that

And also thats not entirely true because theres this one guy (if I can find him) who only has like 56 subs and is verified

I have seen people with a few thousand subscribers getting verified, heck someone got verified at like 700 subs.

Only big youtubers tho.
