How to grow a server with no money/ tight budget?

I've tried it all, how can one grow a server (network) with no money and that's already opened ofc.

Become a youtuber and stream on it yourself, share it with your friends that play etc

Make innovations. If you’re doing the same old HCF server or practice server, you won’t get players without a lot of advertisements.

On the other hand, if you make something unique, people will notice, and word about your server will spread until you have enough money to pay for some advertisements.

Get players who actually care about the server across as many platforms as possible. 1 active follower is better than 100 following that doesn't care about the server. Word of mouth advertisement will help you long term so focus on interacting with every player you get.
