in my state, it’s 16 with parental consent, and you gotta fill out a form

i wouldn’t start getting tatted till you are an adult or when it’s legal.

Friend does them. Stick and poke can be done at home pretty easily

Don't do forearm, I did my inner finger and underarm like closer to my shoulder. Doesn't show with long sleeves. Forearm is hard because some jobs don't like visible tattoos.
