How to install a portal

You should just be able to upload them via FTP, your web hosting company most likely sent you some information regarding that or you should be able to access it via CPanel. Once you have FTP access upload the index.html and other related files to the web root directory, and then BAM you should have a working portal.

What they said should work. However if it doesn't load up then the website might be having trouble locating the files, hence a redirect would help. PM me if you need help.

You need to upload the correct files in the FTP section of your CPANEL, I happen to be a support rep for Venilax. This is what you need to do and you'll be just fine.
