How to know if someone is trustable?

Because while browsing the forum, i seen people who are premium account, having lots of message got banned so yeah, do i look on reputation?

Reactions are quite important, remember that the buyers can scam too off the sellers. Happened to me :/

My steps to anti-scam:

• View posts on the forums.
• Google their forums username.
• Google any Minecraft accounts they have linked here.
• View any vouches.
• View messages to reactions ratio.
• Google any provided contact information, skype, email, etc.
• Check with any friends you may have on here that have a lot of dealings with people.
• If they have a thread, read the replies.
