I have always had an interest in Computer Science, and have tried to pursue that for as long as I can. The problem with me though is that I cannot seem to stay focused with anything online, which is why I need to find a way to learn programming either in a summer program, a one-on-one online service, or something I can do during the school year.

Previously, I have taken two course through iD Tech at M.I.T on an Introduction to Java as well as a course at Alfred University on the subject as well.

I live in the Binghamton, NY area. For the summer however I can travel just about anywhere in the U.S as my father is a pilot. For anything in-real-life my parents would be willing to pay for. It must be available for people of the age of 13 - 16.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

have you tried programming? Or are you just interested in pursuing it?

honestly if you can't focus online, maybe it isn't right for you. I always wanted to do comp science but after trying it for a week, i trashed the thought of it... way too boring. And this obviously is just me, others may have a different experience

you can always just take 1 on 1 lessons online, saves you money and time.

I probably should have mentioned this already. I've taken a few courses at M.I.T for an introduction to programming as well as a summer program at Alfred University. I'm sure this is what I want to do.

SUNY Bing probably has more stuff you can do over the summer (or even during the year).
