Yes but, i don't listen the courses while 10 years and today, i wanna learn English . My dad and my stepmother speak english and they have accepted to teach me english but i see them 2 days on the week x-c and i've the family in U.S.A . But you're tips looks like good .

There's also Canadian English and much more.

Primarily, you may say, in french, le/la/l'/les, etc., but in english we don't do that, generally. "the english" (l'anglais) is actually just "english". When you're talking about something specific, i.e. the car, in a context, then you use "the". There are exceptions of course, but I don't know right now.
