How to make a resume without prior experience?

So I've wanted to apply for developer jobs on here for a while, but I always back out when they ask for a "resume". I don't have one, I don't have real prior work experience. I have projects on Bukkit, Spigot, GitHub, even here. So, my question is, how can I make a resume to apply to these jobs with?
