nope, i really dont know much about this but was hoping to be abe to set this up
I'm positive that you just want to redirect your domain to the TeamSpeak IP with the A Records like how you would to redirect your domain to your server IP; again using A Records.

i have a host just having trouble re directing it so I can join from it
If you already have a teamspeak server, you'll also need a domain to do this, if I'm understanding you correctly. You can purchase one from websites like namecheap if you don't already have one, once you have that you'll be able to link the domain to your teamspeak server ip either using the provider's dns service to link it or by using an external website such as cloudflare.
