Minecraft Servers are the way to go if you know what you're doing.

Cost though - But If you do it right you'll make so much $

I own a server already, it's op prison. Very nice looking and everything but no one is purchasing anything, even with 5-15 players on on the weekends

Do something you're good at, or learn a new skill.
Make a server, if you have a little bit of money to start with.
If you also have a little bit of time and money to start with, investments <- be careful

Also maybe the reason they arent buying anything is because there is no reason to buy anything.

Or maybe because the 5-15 people are some people you know

I don't know any of those people personally or irl. And I normally have stuff on sale for 10-75% off, but no one wants to purchase anything

Don't expect to magically gain a hundred bucks just like that. Wait, to see what you enjoy.

There are tons of benefits with ranks, keys, and tags. Still no one bothers to purchase them

Become a master hacker. Hack stuff like Google. Sell Google database to other master hackers for thousands in Bitcoin. Basically it goes like this:
