How to make money?

There's a million different ways to make money on MCM, just look around the forum a bit and decide yourself. You're showing that you're incapable of doing things for yourself which isn't a good thing here.
I'll be addressing each issue in chronological order.
- There will always be someone more reputable than you, if that is enough to discourage you then you're not fit to have a business. Do you think every successful person/company started off with a large reputation? No, they worked their way up there, and you must too.
- Offer them a better deal than the next guy. Cheaper prices, more features, friendly service, whatever works best for you. If you say the next guy is better than you then you're basically telling to go somewhere else. You shouldn't falsely advertise, but you shouldn't say your work is garbage either, that's counter-intuitive.
- You asked for a way to make money, and as far as I know, getting an IRL job is a way of making money. His post was relevant.
- You don't need a fortune to start a server, technically speaking, you can make a fully custom server by yourself only need to spend money on a server if you learn how to do everything required. As long as you can manage to get a working and somewhat fun server going, if you can properly advertise it, even garbage can attract flies. If you like to manage, find someone with a successful business and offer them to be their manager. Managing isn't just hosting, it can be for a lot of other things as well. If you're set on hosting, then provide the best possible features you can, not every hosting company started off successful, they had to work their way up there. It's just a matter of what you offer and what your competition offers.

- If you're good at advertising, then use that to your advantage and offer advertisement services. You can essentially monetize anything as long as you put your head into it and figure out how to make it work.
Offer homework services and do people homework, projects, essays, etc.
I started off being a pleb and not knowing anything, but I learned basic graphic designing and have made more than a couple bucks off it. You don't particularly have to be good as long as your prices are good. [cough] as seen with half the designers on here [/cough]
But what do I know, I'm just weeb. :shrug:
Try new things, you may be possibly good at them. I didn't think I could do anything but then I found something that I can somewhat do to a good extent.
