How to not get banned in mc-market?

Hello, i plan to make some money in the next month's by developing and selling some plugins, i will also be putting them with a free version and paid version each.

but, why is that in every thread that i read in the forum's, someone get's banned, since day's it's given me the chills, my sixth sense is screaming.

who can i contact if i get banned unreasonably?x_x
like "You are banned for being too suspicious you didn't enter mc-market for an entire year and changed your email" yey, i was on a year-long-vacation and i lost my phone number's and created a new email to prevent my email's getting blocked cuz i don't have the previous number, albeit i still have access to my previous emails but they may get blocked in the future.

If you're not doing anything that should warrant a ban, you shouldn't even be paranoid about being banned. People don't often get banned for unreasonable things.

The mere fact that you are scared about being banned makes me wonder what sort of stuff you are planning to do on MCM.

:b nothing apart from senseless comments and posting plugins developed by me entirely, but i cannot post thing's on spyg0t, cuz they maked the requirements harder, so if i got banned i would have to go start over and build some android apps in google store x_x to make money.
i remember the day i had over $3000usd in my bank account, but it got deliberately stolen by evil people, i should have sold my ex-server instead of letting the domains expire, i could have maked $1500 at least
