Before I say anything I didn't make this post. JeffPlayzMC did however he has got banned
It is also very hard to find the post he posted so I decided to post it again. So please do not hate!
1. Open Skype and log in to your account.
2. Click Tools, followed by Options to open the Options menu.
3. Switch to the Advanced tab, and then click on the Connection option.
4. Change incoming connections so that it uses port 32535.
5. Click the checkbox beside "Use port 80 and 443 for additional incoming connections" if it isn't already checked off.
6. From the dropdown menu in the Options window, select "HTTPS."
7. Change your port to 40032 and your host to 127.0.0.1.
8. If it is checked off, disable proxy authentication.
9. If it is checked off, disable uPnP.
10. Be sure to only permit direct connections only for your contacts."

Once you have found it, click on it and hit delete. You may then reopen Skype and you will now be able to continue to browse the Internet in Peace!" '
