Never seen this but according to the msg u have to sign up for a nitro classic subscription and the 12 month will apply then

After each month passes, it will automatically take off 1 month from the subscription until 12 months pass then it will disappear. If it says that it should already be on your account.

I dont have the nitro badge tho or any of the perks
