How to replace links with clickable text?

I want to turn https://www.mc-market.org/members/80090/ into just my username "Radioz" that you can click on and it takes you to where the link it supposed to go. Any help?

Yeah, highlight the word "Radioz" click the link icon on the top bar and put the link there.
