How to request a custom plugin

A lot of newcomers tend to ask for plugins to be made for them in such a way that is very hard for the developers to understand. What this post aims to solve is that mismatch between buyers and sellers. If you are buying, please consider using the following template, that will help with the organization of your plugin.

Template: (This is just an example, I don't want this plugin made)

Bold words are the main sections of your request
Underlined words are comments.
I have included an example to help​

Detailed description:
Whenever a person with a diamond sword (obtained through the command /dsword) hits another player, the other player instantly dies.

Try to be concise - the last thing a developer wants to do is read a paragraph of text that gives the same information a sentence would.
Try to specify an event that triggers what you want the plugin to do (for example, when a player types /dsword they are given a special diamond sword that instantly kills players)
Commands:
/dsword - Gives the player a diamond sword that instantly kills opponents

Give the command and description
Permissions:
diamondKills.sword
Extra information:
I need this plugin done by next week

Nice job making this, I hate viewing this forum and seeing "I need a <something very undescriptive and one word> plugin" and not providing any detail. Hopefully some people will use your template.
