How to securely sell a Minecraft server through PayPal?

People can easily chargeback for unauthorized payment & win, by paying me on another IP than their usual PayPal IP.


How can I deal with these chargebacks? I wanna sell one of my servers.

I have bought 4 servers over MC-M. For all i paid first then recieved a download link where i could download the files. I charged back against one of the servers since the person sold the same setup to multiple people which was against our TOS
