How to take out Welcome back msg (essentials)

How do I take out all this? I dont want any of the Welcome, type /help, type /list, players online, mail shit. Basically all of the orange crap

In the essentials folder there's a file called motd, just delete it or configure it to your liking.

Go into essentials then motd and erase everything
