How to u actually create HQ Builds?

Well some do for terrain but for building some use world edit or vs

But the best builds are mainly by hand

Exactly, you don't just get building in one session, it takes practice.

Basically start building and never stop. I lately found out there are some pretty decent tutorials though. If you ever heard of lentebriesje - he has a series on yt called "Minecraft architectural essentials" which could be pretty decent for beginners. "Plutouthere" also literally made a how to do a megabuild series on his yt channel. Both are pretty good builders, the former being maybe the most famous terraformer there is.
