How to use a "Sniper"

I am interested in getting a few og names from a sniper, I don't know how to use them.
whenever I add a name to the sniper it says

"Unavailable this name is in use by another user"
can anyone tell me how to use one, + what's the best sniper.

I would say mcsniper.co , you put your mojang account details in and they get the name for you if it says unavailable it means that some one else is already sniping that name with that website. Either mcsniper.co or chearful.ninja

Only one user can snipe an upcoming name on each individual sniper. If you want to snipe an account you have to either find a name that isn't already getting sniped or snipe it on a different sniper. The most popular public snipers are mcsniper.co and chearful.ninja
