If it was for anything that is not tangible, aka online... It'll be hard. Although if it's more of a server donation type of deal you can usually just submit the buycraft information in your dispute.

I always just call in, talk to a human and explain the situation. I've been charged back on but always have got the money in the end.
Edit:
If you don't have evidence of them purchasing your goods or services legitimately it all comes down to who can tell a better story in the end. Make sure to use ever low blow you can, just be honest. Hoping you get it all sorted out.

I am considering changing my admins ign to the same one of the person who charged back and applying the rank to my admin. Then screenshotting the admin say how he meant to purchase the rank and just wants his money back now. I know this is pretty scummy but in the end they are trying to rip me off too.

Call the paypal dispute center, tell them specifically that you "Have SIGNIFICANT amounts of proof they are lying". They made a decision right away and didn't even ask for the evidence. Got my money back within 10 min.

When you do sales trough paypal ect record the process, before you recieve the money and whilist talking/chatting to him on skype. And just basically have legitament proof that will strengthen your side of the story and make them understand you are the victim. Also be careful with them leaving a note like "I am paying for viritual goods I cannot refund upon recieving" or something like that, so PayPal has more evidence on your side, and if the buyer denies this he is probably trying to rip you off. Some people give you high numbers so you will basically let them scam you ect... so always be aware.

Just be real. Collect any information you can and explain it to them.

I was charged back over $500 and I had almost no proof that we had agreed to pay for what he did.

I scraped hard for evidence and I found some that I put together. I won the case.

Here is how I have won disputes:
  • Explain the the buyer the situation (maybe even guilt trip them).
  • Personally call PayPal customer support, and explain the situation (helps a bunch).
  • Post solid, and undeniable evidence - cant deny the facts boi.
Hope this helps. I have had a few scammer try and charge-back, but I have won both times because I was in the right.
