How to wisely use advertising budget?

My server has a budget of $400 dollars to spend on advertising and we are looking to use that money in the best ways possible to grow ourselves larger, the server is 90% complete and we are just doing polishing work at the moment, bug fixing. I've already made a post in the adverting section but thought it would be good to ask around here first for more info. Thank you in advance for the advise!

In my opinion I would start using a low amount of money in different area's. Find what work's best for your server and then start adding more and more money to that area. For instance, let's say you start with some smaller Youtubers and it work's well enough you re gain what you spend on the youtuber. I would then continue adding more money into Youtuber advertising. Also start with as little as possible on that new advertising idea and if it work's great feed it more money. There is obviously tons more to this but that's my two cence on how to start advertising!
