How would you sell a Fortnite account?

How would you purchase a Fortnite account and secure it? The E-Mail is binded to the account permanently, so would you need to secure the email account?

This is what I'd do. If the guy/girl has reputation then you go first if not you get a middle man. You check in the account works and then you pay half to get email access, you change the password on the email or two step verification then you pay the second half.
