Minecraft Account - Terms of Service
By dealing with me, you automatically agree to my TOS,
All bids will be noted. Retracting a bid isn't an option, don't bid on my thread if you don't have the funds.
#1 - I can refuse to deal with any person at any time for any reason whether that be a personal issue or security issue.
#2 - You will go first no matter what. We can use a Middleman if needed, however, you will be paying the costs for him to middleman. (I do understand, I don't got good reps yet.)
#3 - Payments will be under PayPal F&F. I do and will not accept any other forms of currencies. It will be sent by USD.
#4 - Once the account is in your hands, feel free to resell, trade, give away, etc. It will be in your hands and I do not hold any responsibility that happens to it once you make changes.
#5 - You will not be allowed to chargeback or file a dispute under any circumstances, this TOS will be shown to PayPal and you will not only be banned, but you will lose the dispute.
#6 - Failure to follow these terms will result in a scam report and an e-mail to Mojang to get them to lock the account.
#7 - By placing a bid, you automatically agree to my TOS whether you read them or not.

Loans - Terms of Service
By dealing with me, you automatically agree to my TOS,
1. If you fail to return this loan by the due date, I will put a negative rep.
2. If I can't get a hold of you after the due date I will file a scam report and have you banned from the forums.
3. All loans must be paid back by the date and the amount we agreed on.
4. I will choose to either send it through Friends and Family or Goods & Services and you will return through Paypal F&F.
5. I will file a chargeback via Paypal, if you fail to return the loan by the due date.
6. If I ask you anything related to the loan, you must respond to me within 24 hours.
