Oh I'll be giving it a try, thanks for the tip! Been with them now for 12 years, however have had a lot of trouble in the past with low quality internet. I was able to get it fixed by calling them up a bunch of times, turns out they mixed up my plan -_-, they did fix it by giving me a free couple of months.
Yah 12 years is a lot you should definitely be able to get a discount, talk to the Telus Loyalty/ Customer Retention Department. Or maybe you already have one? I see the prices now they are $70/mo for your plan?
