HQ 150X150 HCF Spawn

Hello Everyone,

---Before I get into more information aobut this spawn I want everyone to know that some of these buildings (the buildings only) were used on a spawn for MineHQ without my permission. I designed these buildings a while ago and was promised a payment for my services which i never received.---​

Anywho, I put a good deal of time into making this spawn and really tried to do something unique and different. I made a spawn that has deep ravines with water flowing below with compacted yet highly detailed structures. A few of them have interior designs such as the inn which is the biggest. The trees are all freshly made, not from previous builds or a repository, but they are fairly simple.
This spawn includes everything you need for HCF, it has a crate area, a Koth sign house, and a shop building, all of which are labeled with floating signs that light up at night.

I am only doing a BIN, but if you can not purchase it within 2 days of contacting me I will move on to the next potential buyer.
