I'd like one with a neon light saying Burdened, and on the right side, i want by discord: Burdened#0007, and i want the neon lights to flicker a bit, make the background dark grey, about discord dark grey, and i want the lights connected by a winch and moving side to side slowly like it isn't sturdy

do this and i'll tip you an extra dollar

tl;dr make it look aesthetics looking as well, neon light color i want bright green (not lime, and not too dark)

Okay. Currently I have Burdened on a sign hanging on chains with the discord thing on the same sign below it. The sign is grey. I think it would look good with a nice red brick wall texture behind it. Would that be good with you?
