The keyword there is "potential", meaning it does not already. I am just guessing, but I'd say the domain is worth about 25$ maximum. I recommend getting it appraised in the appraisals section.

This isn't an appraisal thread. I used the word potential because I can't simply guarantee that it will make the buyer a lot. Legally that would put me at risk. If the user sells it to DJTasty they could easily sell it for a quite a bit provided that negotiations go well. Or the user could try and profit from it in different ways.
