Yes that is correct.

IMO the actual build isnt worth it, although the main thing on it that i do like are the trees. But with the actual builds i recommend trying to add more depth and possibly more of a variety in the block choices, along side that to have detail. for example the roofs are bulky with no stairs and slabs to even it out.

If you think $30 is a lot to ask for a build like this, you may be in the wrong business. The target of maps like these isnt an individual player, it's for a server that's gonna make money with them. If you want individual player stuff, try PMC or the official minecraft marketplace.
