yeah, for something to be $25 non-exclusive it has to offer a LOT of value.
Only thing more than that that I've ever tried to sell non-exclusively is a 10K RPG map with a rough value of $300 if it were sold exclusively. nonexclusively it's $35.
Ofc, it hasn't been sold yet, so it may not be a good price still.
that said, the price you're asking is similar to that of nonexclusive builds for sale by absolute gods of building.
Only way it's worth that much is if there's a limited amount of sales (say, 5 sales max).

$25 for a non-exclusive is steep, even considering the hq of the build.

Quite a nice build, but yeah the price is steep in my opinion.
