I would like a High Quality hand drawn profile picture.

I would like:
A skinny dark haired teen with a black hat on backwards and some hair sticking out. Wearing a grey t-shirt. Winking with a smile and having his to hands look like guns (Here is a picture for reference.) Also in the background in bubble letters wherever you can fit put Xbox in green. And behind that just some bubbles.


Budget will be explained in PM.

If you are high rep I will pay %50 first then after your done give me a watermarked version of the drawing. I will then pay the other %50.
