This isn't HQ. Builds like this arent worth anything higher than $5. even if is exclusive.

Well, Time is worthless if the quality it isnt what people are looking for or expecting. But i wouldnt pay $15 for something like this... it lacks a lot of details in a lot of areas and compared to other hcf servers conquests... they are nowhere close.
