HQ Faction Spawn and Warzone.

Hello!

Today i'm looking to purchase a nice 150x150 faction spawn with a shop underneath, places for enchant tables, anvils and crafting table a trading area and a crate area.

However I don't only want the spawn to be a schematic I would like it to be already placed in a randomly generated world and around it I would like it to be an area where players can pvp, I can't stress enough that the warzone can not look terraformed in anyway, I want it to look like the spawn just fits in and there happens to be a good area to pvp all the way around.
